The three-course d'hôte menu reflects contemporary New Zealand cuisine with the meat and vegetables sourced locally.
The menu has plenty of delicious options featuring local produce including; beef fillet with oven roasted ham hock hash with smoked tomato and red onion chili jam jus or pan seared king fish with winter celeriac mash and a tomato olive tapenade or pan seared venison loin accompanied by pancetta, celeriac and local savoy cabbage sauté and red wine sauce and the Cheese Board of local Evansdale cheeses with spiced fruit chutney and oat cakes.
