The one-off seven course degustation menu will highlight seasonal and locally sourced produce which will - under the influence of classical and innovative cooking techniques - surprise and impress the herbivore palate.
Because the menu is based on the best of the season it will only be revealed on the day depending upon what is fresh, flavour-filled and available..
Vegan wines will also be available to match your experience.
