Chef Abdal Moneem Kyassah the founder of Abdal Catering will wow with a banquet from his homeland. The shared plate feast will feature delicious Syrian dishes including; foul moudamas, hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, kibbeh lamb  and Syrian Mixed Grill with prawn, chicken, lamb kabab and toshka stuffed pita bread – and then for those with room finish with traditional Syrian sweets mohalabia and baklawa.
